The crystal structure of zinc cobalt ferrites by neutron diffraction
Creators
- 1. Atomic Energy Establishment, Inshas (Egypt)
Description
Four samples of Znsub(x)Cosub(1-x)Fe2O2 with x = 1,0.95,0.90 and 0.85 were prepared and checked by X-rays. On the bases of neutron diffraction patterns, the oxygen parameters and the degree of inversions for all compounds were determined using a computer program. All samples showed the paramagnetic behaviour at room temperature
