Perspectives in two-meson annihilation dynamics

Description

Recent results in antiproton-proton annihilation at rest into two-meson final states are reviewed. The experimental results are interpreted both in terms of annihilation dynamics and in terms of the protonium initial-state distribution. Future perspectives based on measurements of p(bar sign)p-annihilation cross section of two-body final states in flight at very low momentum are described
