Preparation of Z, E-isomeric monoethers of di-tertiary enin dioxy aldehydes

Description

Present article is devoted to preparation of Z, E-isomeric monoethers of di-tertiary enin dioxy aldehydes. The conditions and scheme of preparation of Z, E-isomeric monoethers of di-tertiary enin dioxy aldehydes has been shown. The reaction has been carried out by oxidation of Z, E-isomeric simple monoethers of related enin triols activated by MnO2. The reaction carries out in the medium of dry ether or hexane at temperature 40-50 deg C.
