Ion transport anisotropy and mechanisms of acoustoionic interaction in α-LiIO3 crystals

Description
A study was made on anomalies of acoustic properties of α-LiIO3 crystals, conditioned by two mechanisms of acoustoionic interaction due to piezoeffect and deformation potential. Data on anisotropy of high-frequency ionic conductivity and activation energy, jump frequency, deformation potentials and concentration of ions, participating in charge transport, perpendicularly to sixth order axis of crystals
