Test of selective inorganic sorbents Thermoxide for additional purification of evaporator condensates of Beloyarsk NPP from radionuclides
Description
Sorptive-kinetic properties of spheric granulated sorbents: zirconium phosphate (Thermoxide-3A), titanium phosphate (Thermoxide-5A) and titanium hexacyanoferrate(2) (Thermoxide-12), which feature increased selectivity towards cesium radionuclides during their extraction from aqueous solutions, have been studied. Comparative service life dynamic testing, involving deactivation of actual waste water from 137Cs and 90Sr radionuclides, has been conducted. 7 refs.; 4 figs
