Description
We conjecture certain connections between elastic and inelastic scattering in the QPM. These lead to testable relations between ratios of form factors and ratios of structure functions as well as relations between form factors in eN scattering. Comparison with other works and with experiment is made. A simple way of discriminating between some of the possibilities is pointed out. (orig.)
