Description
Concentration dependences of conductivity activation energy values and quantities of elastic constants of ion interaction in Pbsub(x)Cdsub(1-x)Fsub(2) crystal lattice are investigated. For theoretical calculations of crystal lattice dynamics hard ion model was used. Ionic conductivity investigations for Pbsub(x)Cdsub(1-x)Fsub(2) solid solutions in the function of component composition and the temperature (300-700 K) are carried out. Values of cation-anion and anion-anion interaction elastic constants are estimated. Correlation of concentration dependencies of activation energy of conductivity and constants of cation-anion elastic interaction in Pbsub(x)Cdsub(1-x)Fsub(2) solid solutions is determined
