Description
Solid solutions of the general formula Lisub(1-x)Znsub(2-x)Vsub(2-x)O4 were prepared from LiV2O4 and the hypothetical spinel 'Zn2VO4'. The crystallographic and electronic properties of the solid solutions have been studied as function of the composition. The temperature dependence of the specific resistivity and of the Seebeck coefficient were discussed using the model of localized 3d electrons. (author)
