Fission and fusion of localized coherent structures for a (2 + 1)-dimensional KdV equation
Creators
Description
Using the variable separated approach, Abundant localized coherent solutions are obtained for the (2 + 1)-dimensional KdV equation. We investigate the behaviors of the interactions for the multi-solitoff solution and the multi-solitonic excitations and find the interactions are completely non-elastic. The fissions (or fusions) of these localized coherent structures may occur after their interactions
