This document details the current position on discharges of oil from refineries and offshore installations in the area covered by the Paris Commission. Substantial reductions in pollution have already been achieved. This report summarises actions taken by the Commission since 1978 and contains the results of the three-yearly surveys carried out on refinery discharges. (UK)
