Colour-generated angular momentum with merons

Description
We find a new instance of interaction-dependent angular momentum: a system comprising a nonsingular meron-meron (or meron-antimeron) pair together with a weak colour-nonsinglet source in an exactly colour-symmetric classical minkowskian chromodynamics. Various implications are pointed out. (orig.)
