Domain structure and surface state role in thermostimulated exoelectron emission out of BaTiO3

Description
Thermostimulated exoelectron emission of BaTiO3 single crystals under irradiation by low-energy electrons and its relation to domain structure have been investigated. As a result of sample irradiation and subsequent thermostimulated exoelectron emission charge state of the surface layer changes significantly
