Properties of the eutectic alloy of indium antimonide with nickel antimonide grown by Czochralski method
Description
A possibility is shown to grow InSb - NiSb eutectic alloy as ingots with a diameter of 25 mm with a monocrystalline matrix. Electrophysical properties of the InSb eutectic alloy were studied. Strength characteristics of the InSb - NiSb eutectic alloy were measured. The eutectic alloy strength across the needle inclusions exceeds the strength along the inclusions
