Description
Nuclear power project has the characteristics of long construction period, enormous overall investment, high technological requirements and strict link management. Investment management strictly controls project cost on the basis of ensuring project quality, safety and schedule, as one of Four Controls of project management. Strengthening investment management is an effective approach to the enhancement of core competitiveness of nuclear project. The article describes the information means adopted in the process of project investment management, strong points and weak points of management process, and presents the proposal for improvement direction, taking the investment management of TNPS Phase II as example.
