K+ decays in flight, AGS E865 and E923
Description
The status of the current experiment E865 at the AGS, which is designed to search for the lepton number violating decay (K+→π+μ+e-) and study other rare K+ decays, is summarized. A new experiment at the AGS, E923, designed to search for T-violation in K+→π0μ+ν decays, is also described. The limitation of these experiments and possible improvements at the FEMC are discussed. copyright 1998 American Institute of Physics
