Anomalous fall upon the center in one-dimensional singular field

Description
Case of fall upon the center in one-dimensional singular even field was investigated. It is shown that fall of the main level in the field with weak singularity is conditioned by δ-well which occurs due to nonphysical chaoice of self-consistent hamiltonian extension is not related with elevated hamiltonian symmetry and can be easily removed
