The results for fluctuation in charged particle multiplicity has been presented as measured by silicon pad multiplicity detector (SPMD) and in the photon multiplicity measured by photon multiplicity detector (PMD) in WA 98 experiment. To get a clear insight, these fluctuations have been studied by varying parameters like the centrality of the reaction, the rapidity and the azimuthal acceptance
