Auger-stimulated emission of multicharged ions from KCl, KBr and LiF crystals under electron radiation
Description
In this work, the method of mass spectrometry of secondary ions (MSSI) has been used investigated the process of electron-stimulated desorption (ESD) of single- and multi-charged ions of both the cation and any of components of the lattice of single crystals of KCl and LiF in relation to the energy of bombarding ions E0 = 5-700 eV and the target temperature of 2-200 deg. C
