Magnetic and optical properties of SiO2 surface layers containing small α-Fe ferromagnetic particles produced by ion bombardment
- 1. AN SSSR, Kazan (Russian Federation). Fiziko-Tekhnicheskij Inst.
Description
SiO2 layers containing α-Fe small ferromagnetic particles formed due to ion bombardment, are studied using FMR, Moessbauer spectroscopy of conversion electrons, optical spectroscopy, magnetooptics, X-ray phase analysis and electron microscopy. It is determined, that magnetic and optical properties of such layers result from the form, dimensions and degree of particle defectiveness. Effect of nanosecond laser annealing changing magnetic properties of implanted layers due to ordering of crystal structure of ion particles, is detected
