Description
Main color centers accumulation kinetics determining integral absorption of in Zn O based thermal regulating covers induced by simultaneous irradiation with electrons, protons and ultraviolet under condition imitating Gestational orbit is shown. The largest contribution in radiation coloration of Zn O bring in F+-center, vzn-, Frenkel pairs, F-center, vzn2-. During irradiation dose increase a shift to longwave field of band maximum and augmentation of band intensity are revealed
