Description

Advances in alloy technology are gaining in importance in the field of waste treatment (e.g. gas scrubbers, filters) to improve corrosion resistance and weldability. The paper demonstrates five nickel-based solid-solution alloys (NiCr29Fe, NiCr23Fe, NiMo28, NiMo16Cr16Ti, NiCr23Co12Mo [Inconel 617]) and a hardenable superalloy (NiCr19NbMo [Inconel 718]). (DG)

Abstract (German)

Fortschritte in der Legierungstechnik zur Verbesserung der Korrosionsbestaendigkeit und der Schweisseignung spielen eine zunehmende Rolle auf dem Gebiet der Entsorgung (z.B. Gaswaescher und Filter). Als Legierungsbeispiele werden fuenf Nickelbasis-Mischkristall-Legierungen und eine aushaertbare Superlegierung beschrieben. Es sind dies NiCr29Fe, NiCr23Fe, NiMo28 und NiMo16Cr16Ti sowie Inconel 617 und Inconel 718. (DG)
