Use of carboxylates for preparation of yttrium barium cuprate in powder and films form

Description
Methods for synthesis of ittrium-barium cuprate in form of powder, ceramics and films of carboxylate are presented. Lower carboxylates (formates, acetates, pyvalates) of ittrium, barium and copper are used in form of water-salt solution with additions of surface-active substances (SAS). Mixture of unsaturated carboxylates of the same metals is obtained by reaction of reacidiration of corresponding acetates into one stage. Phase composition, elementary cell parameters and characteristics of sample superconducting transition, obtained through the both methods, are studied
