Calculation of the topography of force lines of a magnetic field in toroidal systems
Description
The problem of calculating the topography of closed magnetic systems of the toroidal type has been investigated, in which the field is produced winding upon a toroidal surface with allowance for transverse dimensions and also by a system of ring conductors randomly oriented in a space. A procedure for numerical calculation has been developed, which makes it possible to follow the behaviour of force lines in working volume and to establish the dependence of physical parameters upon the system geometry. The results of the calculation of some magnetic systems are given
