Description
Equipment for calibration of vacuum leakage is developed. The designed reference equipment complex is used to reproduce and transfer size of molecular flux unit in a vacuum. The accumulation method is used in equipment, the flux measuring technique is described. The accuracy of flux measurement under different temperature values is estimated. 2 refs.; 2 figs.; 1 tab
