Description
Problem of optimizing quantization and interpolation at different stages of computerized reconstruction of tomogram with regard to metrological efficiency of computing expense for their execution during nondestructive testing of products by the method of X-ray computerized tomography. It is shown that reconstruction of product internal structure by the method of computerized tomography with the use of digital computer is accompanied by the series of sufficient errors of quantization and interpolation. The effect of quantization interval of X-raying angle is considered. The requirement for the number of projections depending on the diameter of tested product and the necessary spatial resolution is based. Results of experimental investigations for tomograms of 256x256 components for the number of projections from 60 up to 480 within the limits of π radians are given
