Collective excitations of odd nuclei with quadrupole and octupole deformations

Description
Simple analytical expressions for energies of vibrational-rotational bands of both positive and negative particles are obtained in odd nuclei with quadrupole and octupole deformations. The agreement of the calculated values of the energies and of the ratio B(E1)/B(E2) with the experimental data for thorium, radium, and actinium isotopes is good
