Evolution of dislocation substructure and thermodynamics of plastic deformation of metals

General regularities of substructural transformations in the defective medium formed in the course of deformation are considered. Typical sequences of substructural transformations are elastified; dislocation subsystem evalution energetics and deformation change criteria are discussed
