Resistivity oscillations in InSe single crystals
- 1. Azerbajdzhanskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Baku (Azerbaijan)
Description
Specific low-frequency resistivity pulsations are identified by studying isothermal long-term relaxations of obscure conductivity in indium selenides crystals, alloyed by dysprosium. Parameters dependence of this event on temperature, light impact with various intensity and wave length, electric voltage and content of introduced liquid is studied. It is shown that the pulsation parameters may be controlled by change of temperature, light intensity from the proper absorption area. 3 refs., 3 figs
