Photostimulated exoelectron emission from anodically and thermally formed ZnO/Zn systems

  • 1. Higher School of Engineering, Opole (Poland). Inst. of Mathematics and Physics

Description

The temperature dependence of the intensity of photostimulated exoelectron emission from anodically and thermally formed ZnO/Zn systems has been investigated. It has been proved that the observed effects should be ascribed to the desorption of water from the investigated oxide layers. (author)
