On maximum fluxes of protons with energy Esub(p)>25 MeV and electrons with energy Esub(e)>1.2 MeV in the Earth inner radiation belt in 1958-1971

Sistemized and compared are the results of main experiments on maximum proton fluxes with the energy of Esub(p)>25 MeV and electrons with the energy of Esub(e)>1.2 MeV in the inner Earth radiation belt in the range of geomagnetic equator in 1958-1971. Time dependences of omnidirectional and directional fluxes of electrons and protons are presented. ''Starfish'' burst has not influenced the values of proton maximum fluxes in the region of geomagnetic equator, but resulted in connsiderable increase of relativistic electron flux in the inner belt of the Earth. A conclusion is made that maximum proton fluxes with Esub(p)>=25 MeV have been practically permanent in 1958-1971 and have constituted for pitch-angle approximately 90 deg in equator phane 8.5x103cm-2xc-1xcp-1, and at averaging according to pitch-angles-4x103sm-2xc-1cp-1. Maximum directional differential fluxes of electrons with the energy of Esub(e)>1.5 MeV do not exceed values of 101sm-2xs-1cp-1 keV-1
