Splenic metastasis in germ cell tumour

Description
Metastasis to the spleen from carcinomas is a rare event. A case is described in this paper of a 28-year-old man with germ cell tumour of the testes in whom splenic metastasis was demonstrated radiologically. The lesion resolved with chemotherapy and the patient has been in complete remission for 1 year. Copyright (1998) Blackwell Science Pty Ltd
