SnSe - Nd2Se3 system and thermodynamic properties of SnNd2Se4 phase
Description
The methods of physico-chemical analysis have been applied to study the phase diagram of the SnSe-Nd2Se3 system. The peritectically melting SnNd2Se4 compound is found. Its thermodynamic parameters are calculated using the e.m.f method
