Behaviour of dimethylformamide in reactions with dimeric rhenium(3)complexes. Synthesis and crystal structure of two rhenium(3)compounds: [DMPhA2H]2Re2Cl8 and [NH2(CH3)2]2Re2Cl8

Description
The behaviour of dimethylformamide (DMPhA) in reactions with (NH42[Re2Cl8]x2H2O in 10-12 nHCl solutions is analyzed, the synthesis is carried out and two rhenium(3) compounds are investigated by the X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal structure of the obtained compounds (atomic coordinates, interatomic distances, valent angles) is given. The [DMPhA2H]2Re2Cl2 compound is crystallized in monoclinic crystal system (space group P21/b; a=9,612(2); b=15.907(3); c=10,198(2)) [NH2(CH3)2]2Re2Cl8 compound is crystallized in triclinic crystal system (space group P1, a=6,639(1); b=10.073(2); c=13,579(2). Rhenium compound molecular structure, chemical bonds C-O and N-C in molecules are considered
