Description
The invention is referred to electron spectroscopy equipment and can be applied for the study of energy spectra of secondary and photoelectron emission during interaction of exciting radiation with gases and solid body in the energy range 0.01-50 eV. The aim of the invention is to increase the accuracy of recording and subsequent transformation of time-of-flight spectrum of electrons. The energy analyzer suggested permits to transform amplitude spectrum of signal pulses in such a way that the metrics of its x-coordinate is linear as to initial energies of the emittered electrons. As a result there is no necessity to further process recorded spectra for their linearization and reduction to the form convenient for futher work
