Description

Effect of magnetic field up to 6 T on emission spectrum of fluctuation excitons (FE) in Cd1-xMnxTe mixed crystals is investigated. Correlation between luminescence magnetic shift and magnetization, their maximum values corresponding to x=0.15, is detected, FE liminescence band narrowing in magnetic field is found. For x=0.4 exciton luminescence inflammation by an order is observed under the field increase from 0 to 6 T. It is proposed to interpret the inflammation as a result of manganese ion magnetic moment erection effect on orientation of magnetic moments of electrons localized in solid solution fluctuation potentials. This erection resonansly increased under coincidence of manganese zone and conductivity zone bottom energies, increases the energy of electrons and delocalizes them which results in exciton radiation inflammation
