Description
Fluorination of neodymium and iron oxides mixture under laboratory and industrial conditions using molecular fluorine are studied, the results are presented. Influence of the mixture percentage composition on fluorination degree has been ascertained based on laboratory studies. Kinetic parameters of the mixture fluorination are presented and compared with fluorination of individual oxides. It is shown that joint fluorination of neodymium and iron oxides permits overcoming the restrictions relating to physicochemical properties of individual oxide powders. It permitted optimizing the fluorination conditions and achieving high (98.5-99.0 %) degrees of transformation without increase in the fluorination temperature and duration

Представлены результаты исследования процесса фторирования смесей оксидов неодима и железа в лабораторных и промышленных условиях с использованием молекулярного фтора. На основе лабораторных исследований установлено влияние процентного состава смеси на степень фторирования. Приведены кинетические параметры процесса фторирования смесей и сравнение с фторированием индивидуальных оксидов. Показано, что совместное фторирование оксидов неодима и железа позволяет преодолеть существующие ограничения, связанные с физико-химическими свойствами порошков индивидуальных оксидов. Это дало возможность оптимизировать режимы фторирования и достичь высоких (98,5-99,0 %) степеней превращения, не увеличивая при этом температуру и продолжительность фторированияAdditional details
