Spastic pelvic floor syndrome: Definition in double-exposure defaecography
Description
Double-exposure defaecography and the so-called pinching test improve conventional defaecography in the diagnosis of functional rectal outlet disorders. In particular, the pinching test makes quantitative evaluation of the m. puborectalis possible. 'Spastic pelvic floor syndrome' is defined by quantitative parameters in double-exposure defaecography and the pinching test. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Doppelbelichtungs-Defaekographie und 'Kneiftest' werden als Erweiterung der herkoemmlichen Diagnostik bei Funktionsstoerung des Enddarmes vorgestellt. Vor allem letzterer erlaubt die quantitative Funktionsbeurteilung des Musc.puborectalis. Das 'spastic pelvic floor syndrome' ist eine funktionelle Entleerungsstoerung des Enddarms, wobei dieses Krankheitsbild eine psychosomatische Erkrankung darstellt. Es werden im Doppelbelichtungs-Defaekogramm und mit Hilfe des 'Kneiftests' quantitative Parameter zur Definition des 'spastic pelvic floor syndrome' angegeben. (orig.)Additional details
