Estimation of π+π- atom production rate in high energy collisions

Description
Yields of π+π- atoms in the reaction pA1 -> (π+π- atom)X at certain energy range are calculated from inclusive production cross sections for π+ and π- mesons. The accuracy of calculation is estimated by comparing single yields of particles calculated by the Lund model and experimental data on yields in proton-nucleus interactions
