Description
The studies into the temperature dependence of sputtering coefficients by hydrogen and argon ions for the KUP-VM and KP-54-15 composite carbon-graphite materials with the graphite fibre base modified by titanium, silicon and boron additions, were conducted in the range of 200-1500 deg C. It is shown that the studied C-C composite materials do not differ from the ordinary sorts of graphite from the view-points of stability towards sputtering and erosion by ion beams, when interacting with plasma
