Description
Possible types of phase diagrams (PD) are described in the model of a non-equilibrium potential with two interacting order parameters (OP): zeta and anti eta = (eta19eta2) accounting for members of the 6-th order for each OP. A hypothetical PD of CsPdCl3 is obtained by comparison with the experimental p-T-diagram. Occurrence of tricritical points on the lines of Osub(h)sup(1)-Dsub(4h)sup(5), Dsub(4h)sup(5)-Dsub(2h)sup(17) transitions is predicted. A possibility of appearing (Osub(h)sup(1)-Dsub(2h)sup(17)) trigger phase transition under pressure p=22 kbar and T=429 K is pointed out. A possibility of separation of interacting modes (M3 and R25) under pressure is predicted
