To the problem of quark degrees of freedom in nuclei
Description
The problem of quark degrees of freedom in nuclei is studied. The results of experiments aimed at disclosing differences in behavior of quark distribution functions for different nuclei in reactions of deep-inelastic lepton-nucleus scattering (EMC-effect) are discussed. The mentioned character of behaviour is conditioned by the possibility of quark bag or multiquark configuration production in nuclei. Theoretical calculations of the ratio of structural nucleus functions to the structural deuteron function R=F2(A)/F(D) for 40Ca, 4He, 108Ag, 12C nuclei are presented
