Positrons interactions with structure defects and hydrogen atoms in stainless steels

Description
This investigation is undertaken with purpose of study of radiation action on steels saturated by hydrogen in annealed and deformed status. As object of examination are two chromium-nickel austenitic steels 10Cr18Ni10Ti VD (EhP -502) and Cr15Ni28B2N24B (EhP-485)as well as nickel free steel 1Cr13MoC2 (EhP-852), for comparison. The samples initially have been annealed at 1050 deg. C for 1.5 h. Primary rate of cold deformation makes up ε=10 %. Hydrogen saturation has been carried out by the Siverts method at 500 deg. C for 1 h. Neutron irradiation has been carried out up to the fluence 1018 cm-2 at T≤80 deg. C
