Inclusion of off-shell effects in the calculation of triangle diagrams for K+-meson induced reactions
Description
The authors calculate the half-off-shell amplitudes of elastic scattering of positive kaons by nuclei using the Kisslinger-type microscopic K+-nucleus potential. They analyze the influence of the off-shell properties of kaon-nucleus scattering on the calculation of the triangle diagrams describing rescattering of the K+ meson in the initial and final states for the 12C(K+,K+p)11B reaction. They conclude that in this case the off-shell effects play a significant role
