Hadron dominance revisited
Description
The hadron dominance model of structure functions is reformulated to allow for pomeron intercepts α p>1; and to incorporate new experimental values of the input parameters. The resulting model is compared to experiment and problems associated with experimental uncertainties in the ratio R=σ S/σT and with the 'strong duality' assumption are discussed. (author)
