Description
The question of whether Quantum Chromodynamics with four flavors of dynamical fermions has a phase transition for all values of the quark mass is studied. Previous calculations with a quark mass of 0.20 are reviewed and new calculations on lattices with spatial size from 6 to 14 are presented. The situation is contrasted with that for quark mass of 0.025. No evidence for a first order transition with mass of 0.20 is seen in the new calculations. (orig.)
