High temperature interaction at Nb / Al2O3 and Nb(1 mass % Zr) / Al2O3 interfaces

Description
Similarities and difference in the interaction processes of layered composite corundum ceramics with niobium materials, pure niobium of electron-beam remelting and with Nb alloy (1 mass % Zr) are studied. The microstructure, phase composition of the layers material and mutual penetration of components in the samples containing layers are studied. Conclusion is made on the interaction mechanism between the material and ceramics layers

Исследовали сходство и различие процессов взаимодействия в слоистых композициях корундовой керамики с ниобиевыми материалами - с чистым ниобием электронно-лучевого переплава и со сплавами Nb (1мас. % Zr). Изучена микроструктура, фазовый состав материала слоев, взаимное проникновение компонентов в контактирующих слоях образцов.
