Adsorption of polymer chains in a medium with long-range correlated surface and bulk disorder

Creators

Description

Influence of long-range correlated surface and bulk disorder on the adsorption phenomena of long flexible polymer chains is studied in the frames of the field-theoretical renormalization group approach in d = 4-ε and directly in d = 3 dimensions for semi-infinite |ψ4| mn-vector model (in the limit m,n → 0). The one-loop calculations of surface critical exponents at the special surface transition (c=cads), which separates the non adsorbed region c > cads from the adsorbed one c < cads were performed.
