New data on multistage temperature dependence of electric resistance in YBa2Cu3O7-δ monocrystals

Description
Multistage temperature dependence of electric resistance up to transition to superconducting state was observed in YBa2Cu3O7-δ monocrystals. Current-voltage characteristics,measured at different temperatures, show, that the monocrystal is composed of the regions with different critical currents and transition temperatures
