Description

We studied the application of the embedded atom method (EAM) potential for aluminum to study its thermophysical and transport properties, structure, and phase state using the molecular dynamics method. The properties of Al along isotherms were calculated for temperatures from 300 K to 1500 K. The structure and phase state of Al at high pressure and temperature were analyzed. The self-diffusion of Al atoms near the melting line is estimated as a function of pressure

Abstract (Russian)

Методом молекулярной динамики исследовалось применение многочастичного потенциала взаимодействия погруженного атома EAM алюминия с целью изучения его теплофизических и транспортных свойств, структуры и фазового состояния. Рассчитаны свойства Al вдоль изотерм для температур от 300 К до 1500 К. Проанализированы структура и фазовое состояние Al при повышенных давлении и температуре. Проведена оценка самодиффузии атомов Al вблизи линии плавления в зависимости от давления
