Structure of submonolayer coatings and transversal magnetoresistance of tungsten plates under conditions of statical skin-effect
Description
The theoretical analysis of peculiarities of statical skin-effect in tungsten plates cased by the processes of electron change-over on surface structures of adsorbed atoms is performed. The relationship between the behaviour of probabilities of surface electron scattering and transversal magnetoresistance depending on impurity atom concentration is established. The results obtained indicate a substantial role of the processes of multichannel mirror reflection of conduction electrons on the surface in formation of concentration dependence of magnetoresistance of specimens
